All homes are enriched by bringing nature indoors. Fill your home with sunlight, fresh air and live plants. Besides being attractive, houseplants help clean the air and provide our environment with more oxygen  — enhancing our health. Our body takes in oxygen and releases carbon dioxide when we breathe. During photosynthesis, plants absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen.

Sometimes changes come as gentle breezes — other times as tornadoes. When changes occur, we can choose how we'll respond. We can manipulate the situation or dive below the surface and align with peace.

Welcome and bless change. It promotes growth and restores equilibrium. There is no situation that cannot be changed. With love, there is no problem that cannot be solved. There is no heart that cannot be healed. It was Gandhi who famously said, "You must be the change you want to see in the world." In other words, we can initiate personal change and become a better person.

Enthusiasm resides in your heart, so you must bring your heart to everything you do. Let that heartlight shine with the rays of enthusiasm permeating through everything you think, feel, say and do. One of my favorite quotes is by Ralph Waldo Emerson who said, "Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm." Find things to be enthusiastic about today and every day.

Our lives reflect our thoughts, dreams, expectations, beliefs, actions, hopes, and feelings of self-worth. Knowing this, you can modify your inner states to better create your highest potential and vision.

You possess inside you the ability to think about, create, and become your best self. It begins by taking your thoughts off negativity and focusing on your goals. Let go, be hopeful, have faith, and dream BIG!

We attract into our lives what has our daily attention and awareness. So be mindful of what you are thinking. Thoughts engender experiences. Choose wisely and embrace optimistic, kindhearted thoughts.

One of the splendors of being human is our capacity to learn from our past mistakes. Holding on to guilt, shame, and pain serve no purpose. When we don’t heal our past, we sleepwalk through life. Awaken!
