I walk with a bounce in my step and a smile on my face today. Everyone I see or talk to will feel the joy and gratitude emanating from my heart.

I can manage any stress in my life because I take time to breathe deeply, spend a few minutes relaxing, and let go of all thoughts of fear, guilt, and helplessness.

I commit to living passionately and fully, letting the loving God who created me enrich my life every day. I earnestly give thanks for all of the blessings in my life. I appreciate the world in which I live, its wonder, and its myriad opportunities. I grow in understanding as I experience all that life holds. With a grateful heart, I celebrate life today.

Today I begin anew. I see through the eyes of innocence and celebrate the miracle of me and of life.

I step forward with the trust that Spirit is moving through me to create an amazing life filled with health, prosperity, peace, creativity, happiness, and gusto.

Daily I spend a few minutes in silence with God, mindfully releasing any tension in my body. Whether I am facing minor or major decisions, God is readily available. Breathing deeply, I listen to His whisperings in my heart, which are always life-affirming, loving, and good. And as I turn within to God's loving presence today, my way becomes clear.

I release what does not serve me and freely claim my good. I am free to choose where to focus my attention. In challenging times, I choose to release negative feelings that weigh me down. Grateful for the people and circustances in my life, I connect with all things peaceful and good and am free to live a loving, peaceful life.

I keep all of my agreements and make only those agreements that I can keep. My family, business associates, circle of friends, and acquaintances know that they can count on me to do what I say I'm going to do. My word is GOLD.

I am in the pink today. My thoughts are positive, my body is healthy, and I have the world on a string. I am the president and CEO of my body and life. Whatever challenges come my way, I can handle them with confidence and see them as blessings that lead me to a brighter experience of life.

I choose to see the positive side of everyone and love and appreciate the people in my life. I bless and prosper everyone and everyone blesses and prospers me.
