I am the writer, director, and star of my own Oscar-winning movie — my life. As each day dawns, I reconnect to living a healthy, happy, peaceful, and prosperous life.

My mind is filled with thoughts of peace, love, and joy. I am confident, self-assured, and optimistic about my life and future. I appreciate the world in which I live, its wonder and its opportunity. I grow in understanding as I experience all that life holds. My prayer today is one of simple thanksgiving. As the great Christian mystic Meister Eckhart once said, "If the only prayer you ever say is 'thank you,' that would suffice." Thank you.

I release my inner barriers to fulfill my purpose on earth. I treat myself to the best in life because I deserve it. I celebrate life. And as I walk through my activities today, I choose to live with more awareness to the simple pleasures that surround me and to the miracles waiting for my attention, appreciation, and gratitude.

My sleep is relaxing and rejuvenating. As I awaken from my deep and restful sleep, I feel renewed, refreshed, energized, and eager to make a positive difference in my world today. I am happy to be alive.

My body is truly a miracle of miracles. I look to nature for health. I always treat my body with love and respect.

I am connected to an unlimited source of abundance. Prosperity is my constant companion. I choose to live fully — within my means. Today I am parlaying my creative thoughts into positive, successful endeavors.

Every moment in my life is love-focused. When I come from a loving heart and faith-filled attitude, then health, vitality, prosperity, peace, and joy infuses and permeates my life.

When I follow the path of love, kindness, and forgiveness, the universe supports me. As I forgive, I am forgiven. My mind is free from judgement and negativity. I have the power to leave the past behind and accept the full joy of the present. With an open heart, I am changed for the better.

I am a powerful, confident, and unique human being. In my time of silence today, I reconnect with the essence of my being. Newfound energy surges within me, and my heart fills with optimism.
