The Bible has all of the answers to the questions for which you are seeking guidance. Choose today to be inspired by all of its wisdom and lift yourself UP. One of my favorite passages is Hebrews 11:1 about faith. I also remind myself daily of this passage in 1 Samuel 25:6 which offers these positive words. "Long life to you. Good health to you and your household."

Each day is another opportunity to strengthen our relationship with God and to see the Divine in everyone and everything. My wish is to make each day a love note and prayer to God. When I awake up each morning, I am grateful for a new day of unlimited possibilities and more moments to be bold and optimistic, follow my dreams, live with heart and celebrate life.

Living an uncluttered life gives me time for things I really care about, like time to think, to read, to walk in nature, to take loving care of my body, to meditate and commune with God, and to enjoy life. Conquering the quotidian stress of being overpowered by untidiness is one of the biggest reasons why we should all declutter our homes. We always feel better with less clutter.

God has provided us with the gift of an amazing body that is truly a miracle of miracles. One of our gifts back to God is to simply take loving care of our body and treat it with respect and healthy living practices. A great place to start is to drink more water daily and to get ample sleep. When you don't sleep, you tend to eat more and it's usually in the form of junk foods.

Do you wish you felt more committed and had something really big to commit to? Realize that the first big commitment has to be to yourself. Make a strong commitment to being healthy. Health is an investment, not an expense. In all of his sagacity, here is how Ralph Waldo Emerson succinctly put it: "Health is your greatest wealth." How can you make healthier choices today?

Meditation is a natural way to attain peace of mind. It strengthens the body’s immune system, slows the aging process, awakens regenerative energies, enlivens the nervous system and enhances creative abilities. Meditating for just five to 10 minutes each day is an achievement to be proud of. Some people go longer, but there are benefits even with short amounts of practice.

Most people denigrate themselves often, in fun or in earnest. In doing that, you create your own problems. Never debase yourself or think negatively. Instead, be kind and thankful. Innumerable studies have proven that gratitude and kindness (toward ourselves and others) make us happier and less stressed.

One of life's secrets is that life flows outward. It originates inside and is projected outward, where it is perceived as the external world. We allow circumstances to affect us. Instead of thinking, "I'll believe it when I see it," instead say to yourself or aloud, "I'll see it when I believe it." Faith is like a powerful magnet and attracts to itself whatever it fervently desires and joyfully expects.

When you change your attitude about yourself from negative to positive, everything else in your life will change for the better. Our highest calling in our daily lives is to take loving care of ourselves. It was Eleanor Roosevelt who gave us this sagacious quote: "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent." Choose to celebrate yourself and life today!
